Shipping & Delivery

Shipping from www.rubycosmetics.ca, phone orders or home party orders usually take around five to seven business days, depending on where you are in Canada. Orders going to Newfoundland may take longer. We ship all orders from Oshawa, Ontario. Orders are normally shipped the day after they are placed excluding weekends and holidays e.g. an order placed on a Thursday should be mailed Friday but an order placed on Friday will not be mailed until Monday. Also keep in mind that we ship via Canada Post, which does not deliver packages on Saturday or Sunday, so please plan accordingly if you need to receive your package in a certain time frame.

Returns & Replacements

Ruby Cosmetics may be returned for a full refund within the first 30 days from the date of purchase. For more information please contact us at: [email protected] or 1.866.228.6173.

Ordering & Cancelling

Orders that are cancelled before the order has been shipped (most orders ship within 24 hours) are entitled to a full refund. Orders cancelled after the order has been shipped are entitled to a refund but must pay shipping and handling.

Viewing Orders

To view or check on the status of your previous orders using an account you created during checkout you can sign into the My Account page by clicking the link in the upper righthand corner.  If you did not create an account and used the guest checkout, order status can be retrieved by emailing your order number to [email protected] or calling our toll free number at 1.866.228.6173 (Monday – Friday, 8am-5pm).  When calling for quickest service please have your order number available when calling.

Updating Account Information

Account information can be updated using the My Account link on the upper right-hand side of the site.  Keep in mind that changes to your details will only effect new orders.  If you made a mistake in the ordering process please call us toll free at
